Bookings can be made with two different rate options; flexible or pre-paid
Flexible Rates: The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a flexible reservation must be received 24 Hours prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due. In the event of non-arrival the first nights’ accommodation will be charged.
Prepaid Rates: Reservations made on an advance purchase rate are non-refundable and non-transferable (This is where the full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking).
The hotel has a contemporary restaurant called Bar and Kitchen @NP20 which is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
24 Hour room service is also available and can be accessed via a handy app available to download from a QR code in our guests bedrooms.
